$45.00

Lophophora Williamsii (Peyote) Mega Rare Cactus Live Plant.
Lophophora williamsii, Peyote, is a small cactus native to Mexico, Texas and New Mexico. Peyote cacti develop a pronounced beet-like taproot and a spherical aboveground "head". Peyote can reach up to 20 cm in diameter and live for about 20 years. At the base of the cactus, numerous side shoots can sprout and form new "heads". Instead of spines, peyote cacti form a brush-like bright tuft of hair. With good care in the summer, it can show white or pink flowers.
